Transformational & Mindful Coaching is where mindfulness and coaching meet. In mindfulness we learn to shift from doing mode into being mode. While the doing mode is typically characterised by thinking, reactions and impulses, the being mode on the other hand entails concepts like process, feelings, being in the here and now, intention and creative choice.

Uncertainty, impermanence, change, complexity, major transitions are a constant in our lives. They are the so called phases of life. They come when we least expect them. Be it changing careers, founding a business, moving countries, starting or ending a relationship, dealing with loss of some kind etc. What these situations have in common is usually a feeling of being stuck or overwhelmed.
This is the healthy, albeit uncomfortable impulse to grow and expand. An impulse that is only resolved by exploring the mental and spiritual territories between where we are and where we would like to be.
