Emotions such as anger, resentment, anxiety, fear, the incapacity to move forward etc. can be viewed as our inner system of alert; an indicator that wants us to contemplate
our intentions, our programming, our deeply rooted beliefs as well as our stagnated, negative and limiting,
self sabotaging thoughts. Many individuals find themselves stuck between mere survival and the feeling that there is a much greater person inside them struggling to get out. This is the healthy, albeit uncomfortable, impulse to grow - an impulse that is only resolved by exploring the mental and spiritual territories between where you are and where you would like to be.
Transformational Coaching is about realigning your outer physical world with your inner timeless and formless world - with that part of you that is all-knowing awareness.

During the Transformational Coaching sessions you will be guided to access your inner resources - inquire, identify and question your perceptions that cause the suffering and form solid, transformative concepts that will accompany you in your personal empowerment.
Different approaches and modalities will be used to shift your old, limiting perception such as Inner Child work. You will view your challenges from a completely new perspective, leading to a greater self understanding, awareness and well-being.
